Founder

Joel Graham-Blake, Founder and CEO of Cultiv8 Solutions, is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, public speaker and consultant specialising in the personal development of entrepreneurs and individuals from wider communities.

With his direct and straight-talking manner and engaging personality, he is well known within both business and local communities as a dynamic, charismatic and socially conscious individual with a strong passion for empowering others to achieve success, amassing a broad network of contacts and supporters.

Learning from his own journey from struggling factory worker to becoming an entrepreneur, consultant, international motivational speaker and coach, he offers a real practical insight into his lessons learnt in overcoming adversity and become a leader of yourself first, before you can lead others.

He is also the Founder of the DEN - an entrepreneur mastermind network and members club for business owners, a visiting lecturer, a business mentor for students at the prestigious Aston Business School and is a Strategic Advisor on a number of business and community leadership boards.
